Description

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be following up on any leads and enquiries coming into the business discussing the various services the business offers gaining interest and booking them in for a follow up appointment with the field sales to on board the new customer.

You will also be calling any lapsed customers and generating leads for new business.

The role will involve inbound and outbound calls the business are one of the market leaders in the industry and will be responsible for upholding customer service levels.

Profile

Previous sales experience would be advantageous however not a necessity

Excellent persuasion skills

Self motivated and driven

Resilient and not afraid to pick up the phone

Excellent building and managing relationships
