Our client is an award-winning financial services organisation, providing products and services to help modern families thrive. Based in a new office at Thorpe Park, Leeds, the client is looking to expand their existing Telesales team.
Role
We are looking for experienced Telesales executives to join our team in Leeds. Working towards selling unique financial solutions to potential customers, finding out about their needs & planning solutions to their financial situation & life goals. Working with your Sales Manager, to work towards meeting your weekly Sales targets each week.

Hours: Rotational shifts Wk1 Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30, Wk2 Mon-Fri 10:00-18:30
No weekends
GBP25,000 per annum

Essential Experience:
- You ll have some previous experience working within a sales, telesales, or telemarketing environment either face to face or via telephone
- Previous cold calling experience is essential.
- Experience of working to sales or retention targets would be ideal. Strong sales, objection handling and negotiating skills as well as the ability to identify and cross sell other suitable products to warm customers.
- You ll be a confident communicator and have a great customer focused approach.
- Worked to & track record of meeting Sales targets.
