Description

We currently have 2 exciting opportunities for Contact Centre Operative to join our contact centre team in Poole. You will join us on a full–time basis. One of the positions available will be covering maternity leave. Inreturn, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Weekly hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 5.30 pm Saturday 1 in 4 rota 8.00 am – 1.00 pm

Monday to Friday 8.30 am, to 6.00 pm Saturdays 1 in 4 rota 8.00 am – 1.00 pm

Previous call centre experience is desirable but if you have a confident and friendly telephone manner and great attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities as ourContact Centre Operative will include:

Answering all incoming calls following Breeze's processBooking routine service and repair jobsMaking outbound calls booking in service/repairs in line with CFA & VHCListening and identifying customers problemsProviding accurate information in a clear and professional mannerUsing your initiative to resolve customer enquiriesCapturing customer data in line with GDPR and updating Breeze on all systems What we're looking for in our Contact Centre Operative:

Experience in a similar role. Alternatively, training will be givenPossess good knowledge with the ability to answer customer queriesComputer skills essentialKnowledge of Keyloop is desirable, although training will be givenAbility to use own initiative and multi–taskPossess exceptional organisational skillsTeam playerFlexibility to work outside contracted hours to meet customer and business needsPersonable approach, with a polite and courteous manner In return, our Contact Centre Operative will receive the following benefits:
