They are looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their busy in–house legal team.The work is exceptional quality and the projects that the group has been involved with spans a broad spectrum of global engineering projects. They also handle major infrastructure projects involving utilities and energy providers, as well as critical environmental schemes. There will be exposure to international work if desired.The ideal candidate will: Be responsible for providing bidding support, reviewing, negotiating and finalising a range of contractual documents including Consultancy and Sub–Consultancy Agreements and associated documentsProvide advice on dispute avoidance and dispute managementProvide general ad–hoc legal and commercial advice and support as requiredBe a solicitor in the NQ – 9 year PQE range with a background in construction law at a national, regional or strong boutique practice This is a non–contentious role, although the business will look at those with a mixed construction background.This opening is perfect for those looking to move from private practice to In–House or those already In–House who want to take their next career step.
