Working closely with the firm's London and international offices, the Bristol office are used to providing industry-leading advice to household name clients. They are now looking to recruit Construction Litigators with either Contentious Construction or Construction Insurance experience to join their leading litigation practice.Your new roleYou will be joining an ambitious and entrepreneurial Construction Team who are keen to grow their offering here in the Southwest market, while supporting an established client base of national Commercial Construction and Insurance clients across the UK. You will have the opportunity to get involved from an early stage in developing and maintaining client relationships and to work on significant Contentious Construction matters.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Contentious Construction lawyer with an excellent grounding in Construction Litigation across either the Insurance or wider Commercial Construction sector (or ideally both). You will be able to foster and build long-term relationships and support clients through complex litigation processes. Familiarity with court proceedings will be a given, as will your ability to advise your clients on the detailed merits of your portfolio of matters.
