Your new firmOur Top 100 client is seeking an experienced Professional Indemnity Disputes Associate or Senior Associate, ideally with strong experience of handling negligence claims against construction professionals. You will be joining their reputable Construction Risks team within the Bristol office of this fantastic firm with a national presence.Your new roleYou will be responsible for advising on claims brought against construction professionals such as engineers, architects, surveyors and design & build contractors. With strong relationships with major insurers well established in the team, you will be reporting to insurers on often difficult and complex areas of law, and will be heavily involved in supporting the team in business development. You will use your knowledge to support your clients and their insurers on case strategy and claim progression.What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent defendant professional indemnity experience and be able to confidently communicate with both insurers and insured. Familiarity with court proceedings will be a given as will your ability to advise your clients on the detailed merits of your portfolio of matters.
