Experienced administrator from a construction background required for prestigious client based near Towcester.
Role involves organising project meetings and collating all appropriate paperwork and figures, communicating with Clients' by telephone or email, deal with Purchase order numbers, invoicing, costings, typing contracts, filing, deal with emails, and any general administration.
Candidate will have worked in a construction environment, be computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft Office including Excel, have a good eye for detail, have good financial acumen, possess strong communciation skills both written and verbal be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
