You are invited to a day retreat in the beautiful nature that Hampstead Heath has to offer!

This retreat will focus around connecting more deeply with our souls.

Alchemy in Nature is a workshop theme where we will concentrate on common triggers and how to choose different reactions that serve us. If we are indeed more powerful than we think we are, then at this retreat we will address how we can connect with choice and feel more authentically powerful in how we respond to life.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THIS RETREAT?

At this day retreat in nature, we will be dealing with(in no particular order):

Workshop-The workshop will be about being able to use our triggers as signals and opportunities to use any emotion in the way that serves us and empowers us.

•Meditation-we will kick off with a body based meditation that is usually done along side journaling.

•Journaling-Combining both offers a deeper awareness of what is happening emotionally and mentally for us.

•Break-Social Mixer- a friendly mix and mingle and a break.

This is an intensive day of self discovery, connection and healing outdoors in nature....

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING:

As a Mastery Facilitator, I will be running this Retreat Day in nature for anyone wanting to understand and work on the fundamentals of core inner work. This is a deep dive day of introspection, where attendees will learn some new skills and gain a greater knowledge of themselves.
