Concierge required in Southampton

Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm + Saturday morning on Rota during peak seasons

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join our Client's Yacht Aftercare team in Southampton.

This would suit someone with experience of time management and multiple responsibilities, someone who excels with a busy and changing workload. The main priority is the desire to deliver a 5 customer experience at all times, so whilst Marine Industry would be beneficial, we re also keen to hear from those with either a passion for Yachting / Sailing who have experience in a demanding customer-service-based role, or perhaps those from a Prestige Motor Trade aftersales or Hospitality background.

We're looking for someone who is extremely customer-focused, energetic and target-driven - there will be plenty of sales opportunities within the role, with this in mind we would welcome someone to the team who is great at building rapport and maximising sales opportunities.

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be highly beneficial.

There will be occasions where you may be required to visit customers at their own convenience, therefore a full driving licence is essential.
