Location: Birmingham - B3 2TA

Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP43,000

Hours: 07:30-16:30 OR 08:00 - 17:00

The role of Compliance Team Leader:

Managing the compliance team, including providing support, absence management, discipline and grievance, and recruitment activities.Effectively setting out goals and objectives for the team and conduct 121s to ensure targets and KPIs are metLeading and motivating the compliance team and ensure consultants meet their potential.Managing all process changes when new legislation comes into force in line with safeguarding and compliance changes.Managing the candidate onboarding audit process across the business to ensure high standards of compliance are met in line with our audit accreditation.Responsible for safeguarding incident management and ensuring any incidents occur are dealt with correctly whilst liaising with the appropriate 3rd party organisations.Be the first point of contact for any compliance queries from the business or external clients.• Responsible for the managing of the weekly candidate payroll function.
