Local authority in the Nottinghamshire area currently require a compliance officer to join their property services team for an initial period of 6 months.
Purpose of the role:
To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in relation to buildings management, including all safety inspections, asbestos management, gas safety & electrical compliance.
To provide a reference point for all specialist and technical building advice into all aspects of the statutory compliance of the built estate within the control of the Council.
Role Info:
- 6 Months Initially
- 37 hours per week
- Office, site and remote
- 25 - 35 an hour
- 37 hours per week
- Start asap ( ideally looking third week in Jan )
