This is an ideal opportunity for a compliance professional to develop their existing skills, whilst working on a flexible, hybrid working pattern.
In this Compliance Specialist role, you will:
– Ensure that the changes proposed within the organisation are in line with rules and regulations to comply with.
– Educate employees on not only the regulations, but also the impact on the organisation if these aren't complied with.
– Get involved with additional projects where you will advise and guide with a regulatory perspective.
– Ensure the Compliance function is effectively represented through the onboarding of new clients, including the continuous delivery aligned with the compliance requirements.
The role reports to a highly supportive manager and would suit those with transferrable skills from broader areas than just Compliance. Those with a background in working with regulatory guidance in Financial Services environments should be encouraged to apply. This would suit those established in the field of Compliance, or those looking to step up in this field.
