Compliance & Planned Works Service Manager
GBP360p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
6 Months Initially (with view for extension)
East Devon - 3 days in the office, 2 WFH
What will you do?
Building Compliance and Cyclical Servicing Asset Management and Planned Works.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Compliance and Planned Works teams, effectively managing performance to drive high standards of service and meet our obligations as a social landlord in line with agreed internal and external key performance indicators. Using a project management approach, effectively manage and deliver the numerous projects across the Compliance and Planned Works teams.
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
UK Resident
Knowledge of general management of a social housing service
Knowledge of the strategic housing role
Knowledge of how to achieve good outcomes in a large and complex organisation
A good understanding and knowledge of a wide range of housing policy and legislation
An understanding of good public relations and customer care
Previous senior management experience including management of staff
Evidence of practical experience in managing service delivery
Experience of managing budgets
