Compliance Officer Social Work & Nursing 26-30K + performance based bonus (negotiable upon experience)

Therefore, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our expanding Operations team. This is a brand new role working alongside an experienced and supportive team. With plenty of scope to progress within the role and assist our Senior Compliance Officer and international recruitment team, who with nearly 10 years' experience in international recruitment & compliance, offers you the chance to further your skills, and grow the compliance business unit around you.

The role will initially be weighted to working closely with our growing social work team, onboarding both internal and external candidates, helping build on the current framework, and future proofing the compliance processes as the division continues to grow - therefore a knowledge of healthcare compliance will put you in great stead for a flying start.
