Compliance Office Specialist
Location: Warwick/Gillingham/Stonehouse (choice of 3 sites to be based at).
Salary: GBP44,800 GBP 50,000 + bonus

Our client is a global organisation with a vision to create a clean and energy-efficient future by delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market who are looking for a specialist to join them as a Compliance Office Specialist.
The Compliance Office Specialist will support the day-to-day activities of the global Compliance Office: supporting strategic efforts and helping manage the company s compliance program (which includes data privacy, sanctions, sustainability, ethics, and compliance). The COS will act as the advisory point of contact for appropriate business and functional stakeholders.
The position requires good judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail, the ability and willingness to work collaboratively in an international environment across multiple time zones, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Key roles and responsibilities for the Compliance Office Specialist
Support the implementation of global group-wide compliance programs.Act as advisory point of contact on compliance issues and handle enquiries.Administer global compliance reporting and data systems.Monitor processes and procedures using compliance management system(s).Assist with the coordination of investigations.Support with compliance breaches and breach documentation.Monitor the status of internal investigations.Deliver and validate requested environmental data for annual Sustainability Report.Manage and perform restricted party screening process.Oversee the drafting, distribution, and review of the annual compliance questionnaire.Prepare internal/external reporting.Contribute to reviews of policies, controls and procedures and knowledge feedback loops to support continuous improvement and best practice.Oversee the compliance calendar, including training and reporting.
