We have an exciting position available for Complaints Resolution Officer to join us!

You ll manage all complaints activity, ensuring the highest possible standard of service is provided to customers.

You ll ensure all complaints, however received, are managed and investigated in accordance with regulatory standards, Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code, policy and procedures, ensuring these are logged accurately, acknowledged and a resolution provided in accordance with, managing workload to ensure that complaints are dealt with within regulatory timeframes/SLAs.

What we re looking for:

Great customer service skills, showing empathy, adaptability and effective listening skills.

Experience in managing a caseload of customer complaints and of working with complaints processes and procedures.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of a business effectively.

Very well-developed IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365.

Able to multi-task, and respond to change and priorities.
