Complaints Officer duties:

Inbound and Outbound calls, respond to enquiries within target timescalesProactively manage a caseload of complaintsInvestigate claims and obtain factsEnsure all data is recorded accurately in the databaseArrange for timely repair or equipment replacementResolve customer complaintsAnalysing data and producing reports Complaints Officer benefits:
