Complaints Officer
Working within the Street Lighting Highway Maintenance sector my client has created a role for a Complaints Officer to join their team to Investigate Complaints and Build Relationships with the public and involved stakeholders
Within this role, day to day duties will include but not be limited too:
To be the point of contact providing updates to parties involved.Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective mannerBuild and maintenance relationships with stakeholdersFor longer planned works, keep the stakeholders updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.Work with the engineers to make sure that the all stakeholders are informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.Support the help-desk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basisVisit tenants when required.My client is seeking someone with experience within a complaints-contract management environment, strong communication skills are essential both written and verbal and the ability to compile detailed written reports. The ability to work within a team and of your own accord is also desired.
