Duties include:
Handle and maintain an effective corporate approach to the handling of complaintsTo ensure the effective management of a dynamic and a complex complaints caseload, managing complaints promptly, providing responses that address the complainant's concernsAppropriately escalating complaints to the Complaints Manager Personal attributes:

Experience within a complaints environment is desired, however applications from all customer service backgrounds are welcome.
