Job Title: Company & Commercial Solicitor

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP65,000 (dependant on experience)

Location: Tunbridge Wells

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, an established and supportive law firm based in Tunbridge Wells. We are seeking a motivated and career driven solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join a highly reputable Commercial team.

My client offers and highly collegiate, non-hierarchical, and open-minded way of working where you will be encouraged to establish and develop relationships with clients and other professionals as well as to find your own brand within the community in the Southeast.

Duties include:

To manage a full and varied case load unsupervised, working on your own initiative To increase the fee income of company and commercial work To seek to promote our services To ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan (balanced scorecard) Day to day conduct of matters on behalf of clients in respect of mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and giving general corporate and commercial advice The successful candidate will have/be:

2-4 years PQE The ability to efficiently manage your own workload A confident communicator with excellent client service skills A high degree of efficiency and accuracy Experience in marketing initiatives and promoting services Package:
