Company Car Fleet Advisor

At Saint Gobain Professional Services we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as Company Car Fleet Advisor, helping to develop and implement a support service for the Company & Company Car drivers, all whilst getting a good service provision from our vehicle provider.

At Saint Gobain we have 30 brands', we design, manufacture and distribute materials and services for the construction and industrial markets. These solutions are found everywhere in our living places and our daily life: in buildings, transportation, infrastructure and in many industrial applications.

This role is available on a full time and permanent basis working Monday - Friday. This role is available on a hybrid model of at least 2/3 days in the office, however flexibility may occasionally be required on this.

What you will be doing:

This position is a new role with lots going on, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of what will be involved.

Act as the main contact between the Company and our Fleet Management partner, building strong relationships to ensure that the service provided meets or exceeds expectations.Acting as a point of contact for employees with questions or issues related to the leased vehicles.Liaising with other internal departments on vehicle matters such as HR, Payroll, Finance and RewardsProvide administration support to HR as required

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, whilst also being able to manage your own workload. A background of working within a fleet management environment would be an advantage but not essential. We will consider any industry if you have strong problem solving and relationship building experience, as well as a proven ability to learn new systems, and add value by identifying and developing opportunities for process efficiencies.
