Hours: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (3-5 days a week over 7 days)

About the role:

Overall responsibilities - To liaise with customers by telephone to provide information about transportation services, take and relay information or obtain details of complaints.

Maintain telephone logsUse telephone communication techniquesObtain information from individuals and businessesUse computers to enter, access or retrieve dataDetect discrepancies on records or reportsResolve customer or public complaintsIdentify sales opportunitiesAbout you:
