The PTI (formerly The Prince's Teaching Institute) is a successful education charity that supports teachers in primary and secondary schools in England and Wales. It runs several membership programmes and hundreds of subject specific events per year for all types of teacher and is the UK's leading provider of in-service subject specific training.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to gain experience in a highly successful charity where you will be encouraged to think for yourself and take responsibility for a variety of projects. The successful candidate will have day-to-day contact with a wide variety of teachers, headteachers and other school staff and will join the full-time staff of fifteen working closely with the PTI teacher leaders, and the full-time team led by Co-Director, Hugh Rayment-Pickard.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Senior Communication Manager to promote and report on the full range of courses for teachers across the country, as well as assisting with the general smooth running of the PTI Office.
The charity is currently offering a hybrid office / working from home schedule, with some UK travel to assist running PTI events. All staff have the option to work at home on Mondays and Tuesdays, and are required in the office on Wednesdays - Fridays. All IT equipment will be provided, but a home internet connection will be needed should the successful applicants wish to work at home for a part of the week.
