Description

Opus People Solutions are seeking a remote Communications and Administration Coordinator on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025 (extension subject to future funding).

The role is remote with travel for team meetings to London a maximum of once per month and to meet clients/stakeholders.

The Communications and Administration Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the administration of the Hub's operational processes and supporting the team.

Day to day, you will:

Provide support to the Deputy Head with the coordination of Communications across all Hub teams, Governance and Data activities of the Energy Efficiency team as well as liaising with support functions such as Procurement, HR, Finance and LegalLead, with input from Heads of Communications, the implementation of a Communications Plan for the HubAdministrative tasks, organising, taking minutes and supporting managersSecretariate for project boards and sub-boards - accurate and detailed minutes, record keeping and organisation of in person and virtual meetingsLiaising with stakeholders and across teams - being the go-to for information, signposting and supportWhat will you need?

Minimum 2 years in similar administrative roleExperience of minute taking (ideally boards/committees)Competent across IT platforms/Microsoft - ideally CRM as wellExperience of supporting a team and ideally senior meeting minute takingSome experience of communications - ie posting on linked in, running campaigns, gathering information for case studies etcWhat can we offer?
