This healthcare organisation is looking to recruit a Communications Administrator to support the effective delivery of their communications strategy and operations, contributing to the development of these processes where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to all aspects of the organisation's communications strategy.Utilising the full range of digital channels to communicate key messages to stakeholders.Act as point of contact with regional media across print, broadcast and web formats, monitoring impact of messaging.Arranging the promotion of workshops, marketing seminars, and other events.Providing administrative support to committees. Education, Skills and Experience:
Educated to degree standard or with equivalent professional experience.At least three years' experience of working in fast-paced administrative environments and excellent time management skills.Interest in field of communications and outstanding interpersonal skills and written communication skills, including proofreading ability.Strong IT skills, particularly the MS Office package.Attentive to detail. Salary:
