Permanent contract GBP47,320 to GBP49,270 per annum (Scale L) 37 hours per week County Hall, Norwich
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on commissioning across social care. We are looking for a Commissioning Manager to join our team, to play a leading role in:
Implementing system transformation through commissioning in a collaborative way, including working on significant commissioning programmes and the development of services at a community level Leading high quality monitoring, contracting, and commissioning with a focus on delivering improved social and health and wellbeing outcomes for our population Building strong relationships, engagement & joint working between social care and external partners We are seeking individuals to lead key social care commissioning programmes that involve working with colleagues across Adult Social Care teams and with partners across health, care and other organisations in Norfolk and Waveney. You should have strong experience managing complex commissioning projects and have the ability to create and manage a successful partnership environment.
