Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: GBP49,000 OTE (including basic up to GBP41,000 plus additional GBP2,000 for EV qualification and uncapped bonus of GBP6,000)

Hours: (42) Monday - Friday 09:00 to 18:00, and every third Saturday 08:00 to 12:00

You know the drill this role is to fix vans and all other Commcercial vehicles so I will spare you the details! We have some great opportunities available at Colchester Ford for you to join the team as a Commercial Vehicle Technician. You'll provide the tools, and we'll provide the vans.Can you conduct vehicle health checks and services using the latest technology? Do you have an eye for detail and are 'wheely' good at vehicle write ups? Got a full, clean driving licence ready to road test vehicle faults? Our ideal candidate will be minimum level 3 NVQ qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, and have previous automotive experience. You don't have to be Brand accredited or have worked within a Franchised dealership, we will also consider applicants from an independent background as we offer full Ford training to all of our Vehicle Technicians. The salary range for this vacancy is between GBP31,000 for a newly qualified Technician up to GBP41,000 for a Master Technician, plus an additional GBP2,000 for EV qualification.
