Valuation Director / Associate Director, Valuation

Who is our client?

CCO Group are partnered with a long-standing client, a leading real estate adviser with more than 170 staff across 10 offices throughout the UK. Our client is known in the market for their excellent reputation in multiple property disciplines and look to bolster their valuation department with a Director or strong Associate Director. With the fluidity this role and the growth areas they have they can hire someone based in London, Berkshire, Surrey or Sussex.

What will you be doing as the Valuation Director / Associate?

You will be involved in all aspects of valuation, inspecting and value office, retail, industrial and residential properties and residential development sites. You will write comprehensive reports for a really diverse client base including major banks, corporate and private clients. Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients. Be a key member of a growing valuation team, with view to equity in the firm. You will be involved in Business Development and acting as an ambassador for the business, developing the organisations brand in the market place, fostering new relationships. What experience will you have as the Valuation Director / Associate ?

Be a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Have a good of understanding and knowledge of the markets in the relevant geographical areas. Be familiar with development and investment valuation software. Be looking for a career path focusing on property valuation and team leadership.
