Supported by a team of dedicated resourcers and administrators the Temporaries Consultant will use their market knowledge of any area in the North and/or the Midlands, and your proven sales ability, to bring on new business on the temp side

Job description
Mission: You will drive business growth and revenue by attracting and securing new clients. Playing a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, you will understand their hiring needs, and deliver exceptional temporary recruitment solutions.
Business Development
Identify and engage potential new clients.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, target companies, and explore potential sales opportunities.
Build a strong prospect pipeline and consistently generate new leads to meet sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients that haup to 20 workers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and building long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements, including job specifications, organizational culture, and hiring needs, to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Act as an advisor to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting recruitment solutions to potential clients and closing deals.
Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment contracts, including fees, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements.
Background / skills / experience
Previous recruitment agency experience.
Relationship management.
Self-motivated, results driven.
Tech savvy.
Need full, clean driving licence as travel will be required for this role.
