Job Title: Commercial Property Surveyor

Location: Rugby, Midlands

Company Overview: A well-established firm of property advisors, agents, and surveyors, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Property Surveyor to join our team. They are proud to be the leading experts in residential, rural, commercial, and lettings property sectors. The regional network of offices spans the Midlands, providing comprehensive services to clients, with an additional office in London.

The Role: As a Commercial Property Surveyor, you will play a key role in the valuation, agency, general professional work, and client management within our commercial property division. This role, based in the Rugby office, requires a dynamic individual capable of handling all aspects of commercial property transactions and providing general professional advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake RICS ValuationsSource and meet with prospective agency and management clientsConduct property appraisals for sale or rentalNegotiate and prepare head of termsMonitor and progress sales/lettings, ensuring smooth completion/let, liaising with relevant partiesProvide general professional advice, including rent reviews and lease renewalsRequirements:

RICS Qualified SurveyorRegistered RICS Valuer (preferred, but not essential)Commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve targetsGood knowledge of the Midlands area and geographical trendsStrong negotiation and persuasive skills to win clients and achieve success in dealsExperience in day-to-day management of agency and management clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAccurate, organized, numerate, and technology-savvyProblem-solving skillsTeam player with the ability to work under pressureStrong attention to detail"Can-do" attitude and ability to use initiativeFull, clean UK driving license with access to own vehicleWe Offer:
