We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Commercial Support to join our team. Reporting directly to the commercial manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting with complex administration, you will respond to client enquires and quotation requests, Source products, support the wider logistics team and assist with all key accounts. This is a developmental role with opportunities to leverage your strengths, skills, and competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.Respond promptly to customer quotation requests.Source non-stocked products.Develop extensive product knowledge and understand customers' quality requirements.Ensure timely progression of all orders.Assist the Key Account Manager.Maintain accurate inventory records.Assist in complaint investigation and resolution.Collaborate with other team members during busy periods.Health & Safety:
Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment standards/requirements during daily work.Work safely in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.Essential Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational/time management skills.Proficient in various IT systems, with enhanced skills in MS Excel being advantageous.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to multi-task and manage workload.Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex workload.Resourceful team player.Experience in commercial management of large customer accounts.Experience in a customer-focused sales role.Knowledge of sales, procurement.
