We have an array of brand new, beautiful light filled studios coming available at Makers Quarter Manchester. The studios were designed to offer creative businesses a high end space to rent surrounded by other independents with a well connected, central location.

Set amongst the wonderful Kampus neighbourhood, just a 3 minute walk from Manchester Picadilly station you couldn't ask for a better location.

Each of the 9 studios (only 4 now remaining) have access to our large balcony overlooking the luscious communal gardens, kitchen diner, beautiful lounge with fire place a bookable meeting room, lift & free super fast WIFI. We wanted to create a calm and welcoming space; floor to ceiling Ash windows, natural linens, parquet flooring, velvets in earthy tones, rattan screens and plenty of greenery. If you or your company design, make or create this space is for you!

Additionally there will be creative facilities on the ground floor for members to enjoy with discounts; a coffee shop/deli, concept store, pottery school, upholstery school, jewellery making school, art school and gallery space. Members can use these facilities, join in classes and get involved in supper clubs and events on a regular basis.
