Arbeit Studios is a Creative workspace and Artist Studios provider with sites across London.

We have 1 unit available at our site in Palmers Green, N13.

The unit is 37.1 m2 and is located on the Ground Floor (toilet and kitchenette are accessed via a staircase to the 1st Floor).

This unit is only available for temporary pop-up use. We have previously had a pop-up brewery for example!

£400 per week, excluding service charges and utilities.

£1500 Per Month, excluding service charges and utilities.

We will require a deposit.

Unit is just off Green Lanes and has great natural light.

Service Charges include cleaning of communal areas, waste management and Wi-Fi. There is also access to a kitchenette area with tea and coffee making facilities.

The Fee *excludes* the units electricity, which will be charged separately, based on a fixed fee.

*Small business rate exemption might apply and Arbeit will support the occupier to sign the relevant documents.

Unit can be accessed 24/7 and within a creative and artistic community.

The building is occupied by one other studio holder upstairs, entrance and facilities are shared.

We are a pets and kids friendly space and studios can be shared (with notice and approval).

Depending on the length of your hire, you may design the space as you like, if it is made good on your exit.
