The Role:

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in executing company commercial work, contribute to marketing and PR activities.

Responsibilities:

Participate in social media and networking activities.Draft articles and manage business development initiatives.Assisting in the purchase or sale of businesses.Advising on the most suitable business structure. Requirements:

Previously worked as a Commercial Solicitor, Commercial Lawyer or in a similar role.At least 3 years' relevant experience.Background in company commercial law including buying and selling businesses.Knowledge of crafting sale and purchase agreements and other intricate legal documents.Understanding of contract law and companies act 2006.Skilled in IT.
