Our client, an award winning law firm based in Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their rapidly expanding Commercial Property team. The role of Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive or Conveyancer
Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements and other property documents. Conducting due diligence on property transactions and providing advice on the same. Handling property portfolio management matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews. Assisting with property finance transactions, including refinancing and loan security work. Liaising with other departments and teams within the firm on related matters. To actively generate new business for the Firm. To build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships. To assist with the development of the Firm s commercial property law expertise To assist with the supervision of support staff within the department (where applicable) and encourage support staff in their development and training. Requirements of Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive or Conveyancer:
2-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law. Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and the ability to handle complex transactions independently. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ability to work as part of a team and to develop relationships with clients and other professionals. The successful applicant will already be a commercial property solicitor looking for career development.
Experience with Residential Conveyancing would be advantageous.
Salary - they have no fixed scale and will pay a generous salary package based on PQE and expectations
The hours are full-time 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour for lunch
Hybrid working offered
Holidays: 4 weeks, increasing by 1 day per full year (up to max 25), plus bank holidays, plus birthday off, plus period between Xmas and New Year off too while office is closed
