I am currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor candidate to work in a busy Top Tier Law Firm in the South Manchester area.

The role will involve:

Preparing and negotiating leases, site acquisitions and sales, purchases and sales of mixed used premises and developer finance.

Business Development.

Meeting and dealing with clients directly.

The ideal candidate:

1Year+ PQE

Commercial Property Experience

excellent communication skills

Well organised and able to demonstrate a fantastic commercial approach.
