ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
LOCATION: Hampshire (REMOTE will need to collect equipment on the first day)
RATE: Negotiable - 35- 40ph
CONTRACT: 3 month ongoing
The responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:
Handle a broad range of Commercial Property law matters brought to the councilMatters will include, but are not limited to:Sales and purchases of commercial premises which could be freehold or leasehold, as well as some right to buy sales.General advice on restrictive covenants, old loans, legal charges, consents for restrictions on old sales and boundariesThe Person:
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with sound experience in Commercial Property LawCommercial Property Law experience within the Public Sector is desirableSomeone who can work individually and as part of a teamThe benefits included with the Property Lawyer role:
