As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be supporting the Head of Department in commercial development work while handling caseload.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales, acquisitions, and refinancing processes.Handle option agreements and landlord-tenant matters.Utilise initiative in development work.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.Proven experience in commercial property law.Background in dealing with commercial development work.
