We are currently inviting applications from qualified Solicitors for a flexible role in our Client's expanding Head Office Team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This In-House position represents a unique opportunity for a qualified solicitor within England and Wales to contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation during a period of significant growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee diverse Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant affairs, rent reviews, licenses, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, restaurant, and future development properties.

Provide comprehensive legal support to the Head of Department, contributing to a cohesive legal strategy across various business units.

Manage routine and third-party inquiries and communications, essential for streamlining the workload of the Department.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

Qualified to practice law in the UK

2+ years legal work experience
