Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor within the Liverpool area to work within their main office. The role involves sales, acquisitions, development agreements and preparing and negotiating leases.
The idea candidate will:-
be able to take matters through from initial contact to completion and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating, as required, be highly organised and efficient, be a technically competent and tactical solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge, be passionate about the client experience and maintaining high standards of client care and quality service, have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements and be able to assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions, possess exceptional attention to detail, be able to work within a fast-paced environment, whilst managing priorities to meet deadlines, and to enjoy and understand the benefits of working in the office, with colleagues, in order to build and maintain relationships. This is a full-time role (35) hours, however our client is open to a part-time candidate.
The candidate should have 3 years PQE, though applicants with less experience may be considered if they are able to demonstrate the necessary and desired skills. Experience dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage, but is not necessary.
