Top legal 500 law firm with a large international focus are currently recruiting a Paralegal within their Commercial Property team.

You must have at least 12 months commercial property experience gained from a similar firm, within the UK as a Paralegal. Applications will not be considered if you do not have this experience.

You will be educated at degree level and have good academics.

You will be assisting one of the partners who has a valuable reputation within the industry and you will be required to hit the ground running with a variety of commercial property matters. You will be keen to progress and grow within the department.

Experience must include:

Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns Utilising Land Registry Portal Using search provider such as Infotrack to order searches Preparing financial statements and completion statements Preparing CPSEs and replies to enquiries Title review, raising enquiries Preparing reports on title Drafting Leases, licences and ancillary documents

Salary is around the GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 with long term prospects for the right candidate.
