Commercial Property Manager (EV Charging)

Location: Crawley, UK

Salary GBP55,000 – GBP75,000 with an on target company bonus of GBP30,000 + Travel expenses when required, no company vehicle offered or required for this role

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our expanding commercial team at our headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position plays a pivotal role in guiding site selection investment decisions, leading commercial negotiations to optimize return on investment (ROI) for our clients. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison for matters related to land investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting site selection meetings to make informed land investment decisions, actively establishing and reviewing commercial boundaries in accordance with industry standards.Serving as a prominent figurehead for commercial negotiations, engaging with clients as needed to foster partnerships and discussions.Playing a crucial role in internal stakeholder collaboration, particularly with Sales, Operations, and Finance, to address commercial implications.Assisting with client tenders from a commercial standpoint and contributing to the overall success of proposals.Collaborating closely with the Operations team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of costs during partnership discussions.Providing support to the legal team in the development of customized commercial agreements, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the legal process and the client journey.Contributing to the enhancement of the customer journey as a core priority for the company. Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in client–facing discussions and negotiations for large commercial contracts, with a preference for expertise in land acquisition and leases.Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous but not mandatory.Exceptional communication and writing skills for effective interaction with clients and across various departments within the organization.Proven experience in devising short–term and long–term investment strategies aligned with proposed commercial deals.Track record of improving the legal and financial sales cycle to enhance client experience throughout various steps.Established leadership capabilities within a sales environment.Must be able to travel 3 times per week to the office in Crawley If you are a proactive and results–driven individual with a passion for commercial excellence, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
