Excellent opportunity for someone coming from a land/property background where they have been responsible for writing and negotiating commercial leases within their sector and is now looking to join a rapidly growing company where they can play a vital part in the company with matters relating to land investments.
This company specialise in delivering EV charging solutions across different sectors and have been continuously growing across the whole of the UK. In this role you will be playing a vital role in the company by writing and negotiating commercial leases, supporting with client tenders and driving site selection meetings. The role offers hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will come from a land/property background such as a land agent role where they have experience dealing with commercial leases or land acquisition while looking to join a company that allows you to excel in your career and provide you with all the relevant resources needed to do this. You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills into the EV sector.
