Commercial Property Manager - Renewable Energy

West Sussex

70,000 - 80,000 + Hybrid Working + Strong Holidays + EV Car Scheme + More

Excellent opportunity for someone coming from a land/property background where they have been responsible for writing and negotiating commercial leases within their sector and is now looking to join a rapidly growing company where they can play a vital part in the company with matters relating to land investments.

This company specialise in delivering EV charging solutions across different sectors and have been continuously growing across the whole of the UK. They are a goals focused company with a clear roadmap on where they are looking to take their company over the next few years while contributing to a more sustainable future.

In this role you will be playing a vital role in the company by writing and negotiating commercial leases, supporting with client tenders and driving site selection meetings. The role offers hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will come from a land/property background such as a land agent role where they have experience dealing with commercial leases or land acquisition while looking to join a company that allows you to excel in your career and provide you with all the relevant resources needed to do this. You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills into the EV sector.

This is the perfect opportunity to switch into the Renewable Energy sector while continuing to develop your specialist skills and experience with a company that is driven to making a more sustainable future.

The role:

Conduct negotiations with landowners, property managers, and other relevant stakeholders to secure agreements for land use or lease

Driving internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales and Finance when discussing commercial implications

Supporting with client tenders from a commercial aspect

Working with the operations team to ensure costs are fully understood during partnership discussions

The Person:

Previous experience in Real Estate, Land Acquisition, or a Land Agent role

Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with landowners

Strong understanding of local regulations and planning permissions related to land use.
