Commercial and Property Litigation Running their own caseload, and building client relationships for repeat business.AN understanding of insolvency and security over business and property assets. Claimant professional negligence cases and construction industry clients would be useful.Dealing with the Business and Property Courts of the High Court and with the on–line file system.Dealing with the County Court.
