Commercial Property/Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Newcastle Upon Tyne
This role will be predominantly typing based joining an extremely busy department so the successfulcandidate will have to be able to hit the ground running and have experience working in a busy Legal department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Manage attorney calendars and deadlines
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with trial preparation and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
