Your new firmThis highly regarded and directory rated Top 100 firm has an impressive national presence and is looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate to join their Bristol team.Your new roleWith a broad ranging practice providing comprehensive property advice across the public and private sector, you will handle an existing caseload in their dynamic housing team, advising on land acquisitions and development work for clients in relation to affordable housing.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a strong underlying Commercial Property skillset and be used to developing strong client relationships. You will ideally be used to taking a lead in winning new work and playing a key role in the service delivery of your existing team.
