Commercial Property Associate / Solicitor – Outskirts of Norwich

Opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and legal 500 recognised regional law firm as an Associate, based within their office on the outskirts of Norwich.

This team works closely together to deliver a quality service to their existing, loyal client base and are looking to further strengthen and grow their department with the addition of an ambitious, motivated, and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

The calibre of the department's client base offers variety and exposure across a range of high–quality work which includes clients across commercial, residential & mixed used developments, businesses ranging from national health care providers, some of UK's largest retailers and distributers, through to well–known international food manufacturers and more!

This opportunity would see you assisting on a broad range of matters to include – property / site acquisitions and disposals, agreements, secured lending, leases and licences, property portfolio management, pension fund acquisitions, auctions, distressed sales, new build schemes, site assembly and auctions etc.

As well as being an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, you will ideally hold 2yrs+ PQE, and have experience of, or be willing to become involved in marketing and business development when required and possess the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
