The Role: They are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Agent to handle commercial property sales and letting agency activities. This role involves engaging with potential vendors, liaising with landlords, creating property particulars, listing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating property transactions in the best interests of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and meet with prospective agency and management clientsConduct appraisals for both agency and managementMarket and promote properties through appropriate channelsExtract offers and liaise between vendors/landlords/buyers/rentersNegotiate in the best interests of clientsPrepare head of termsMonitor and progress sales/lettings to completion/let, liaising with relevant partiesWork as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the departmentEmbrace the local area and participate in community activities outside of workRequirements:

RICS Qualified (preferred, but not essential)Commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve targetsGood knowledge of the Midlands area and geographical trendsProven negotiation and persuasive skillsExperience in day-to-day management of agency and management clientsStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsAccurate, organized, numerate, and technology-savvyProblem-solving skillsTeam player with the ability to work under pressureStrong attention to detail"Can-do" attitude and ability to use initiativeFull, clean UK driving license with access to own vehicleWe Offer:
