Our client is a boutique commercial law firm providing agile, pragmatic legal advice to a client base mostly consisting of SMEs. Based in Holborn, central London, they are keen to attract an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their busy team.

Please note that this position is fully office based in central London.

Key elements of role include:

Support the Commercial team

Filing forms with Companies House

Opportunity to build a fee-earning client base

Initial focus on Loan Agreements and SME Contract reviews etc.

Ad hoc as required

Skills required

3+ years PQE

Registered to practice in England & Wales

Full professional fluency English

Commercial experience

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Confident, articulate, team player - socially adept
